Administrative Law

The Department coordinates advisory services and representation in court in all areas of administrative law.

It has also developed vertical expertise in sports law – an area that is increasingly becoming an interdisciplinary test-bench for legal and tax advice, the anticipated points of contact with various areas of law, from contract to employment law, tax law, international law, the disciplinary sector and social influencing.
