Alessandro Gulisano, chartered accountant and auditor, is a partner at Legalitax.
Specialised in tax law, he provides tax and corporate assistance and advice to multinational groups.
He has extensive experience in accounting, corporate and tax matters, with particular reference to corporate reorganisations, domestic and international tax planning, transfer pricing issues and Patent Box procedures, as well as assistance in the preparation of commercial and financial contracts. He also provides assistance in litigation and pre-litigation matters.
Alessandro Gulisano has collaborated and – with some of the following ones - still collaborates with the tax law journals such as 'Il Fisco', 'IVA', 'Corriere Tributario' and 'Bilancio e Reddito d'Impresa', as well as being the author of numerous publications on both VAT and business income.

He has been a lecturer at the Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze “Ezio Vanoni” (Training School of the Ministry of Economy and Finance) and he is a lecturer at “Il Sole 24 Ore” within the framework of the Masters in Tax Law and Administration Finance and Control.
