Alessandro Pinci, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, is a partner at Legalitax.

He has acquired extensive experience in ordinary and international taxation matters assisting both medium and large-sized domestic companies and Italian subsidiaries of large multinational groups for which he deals with, among other things

  • domestic and international tax planning
  • advising on shareholding reorganisations and real estate portfolios of Italian and foreign groups;
  • extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, transfers and acquisitions of companies);
  • corporate tax consultancy;
  • representation before Tax Commissions.

Alessandro Pinci follows projects of reorganisation and debt restructuring of industrial groups having as interlocutors the main Italian credit institutions.

In addition, he is often involved in generational transitions of client companies for which he organises and plans the succession.

More recently, he has become involved in the world of start-ups.

Previously, Alessandro Pinci was Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young for ten years (1981 - 1991) and founding partner of the Rome office of CBA Studio Legale e Tributario where he set up the Tax group.
