Cristina Bellomunno, lawyer, is counsel at Legalitax and an expert in industrial law (and in particular trademarks, patents, know-how, designs and models), advertising, including digital, influencer marketing, e-commerce and selective distribution, copyright law, including name and image protection, unfair competition. He advises in the field of intellectual property for the development and defense of companies' intangible assets.
She assists clients in the drafting of contracts involving intangible assets (such as licensing, franchising, co-branding, sponsorship contracts) as well as in court (including before the Courts of the European Union), including cross-border, and out-of-court, particularly in the mechanical, electronics, fashion and luxury, furniture, food and beverage, cosmetics, cleansing, communication, including digital, and infrastructure construction sectors.
She is a member of ECTA (European Community Trademark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Academic activities
She regularly carries out training and teaching activities in the subject of industrial law and copyright law in meetings and master’s degrees organized by the CSM, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Innovation and Technology Law Lab of the University of Padua, CONVEY, the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of the State University of Milan, and the Chamber of Commerce of Lodi.
Publications
She is coauthor of the collective work Commentary to the Industrial Property Code, edited by Adriano Vanzetti.
She has been a member since 2006 of the editorial team for Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale, leading IP-law review, for which she has annotated numerous decisions and is the author of dozens of articles and commentaries on industrial property matters published in important journals including Il Diritto industriale, Rivista di diritto industriale, Il Foro italiano, Guida al diritto, Ipsoa Quotidiano, il Foro Padano and others.
