Lawyer; she has consolidated specialist expertise in the field of intellectual property (industrial law and copyright), advertising law, information technology and new technologies, including in particular blockchain, non-fungible tokens, smart contracts and artificial intelligence. She assists Italian and foreign clients, particularly in the design, fashion, food&beverage and software sectors, providing a wide range of legal services aimed at the protection and enhancement of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, works protected by copyright, designs, know-how, domain names and other distinctive signs), including:
- legal assistance before the specialized business sections of national civil courts and before the courts of the European Union
- assistance in administrative opposition, invalidity and revocation proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
- advice on ordinary and extraordinary transactions involving intellectual property rights and drafting of opinions
- drafting and negotiation of contracts concerning intellectual property rights (including license, assignment, distribution, franchising, sponsorship and coexistence agreements)

Ilaria Carli is an abritator of the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA) and a panelist at MFSD, an IP Dispute Resolution Center based in Milan.
