She is a lawyer at the Milan Bar, she deals mainly with corporate and commercial law, advising and assisting on corporate law, company incorporation and, in general, M&A transactions, corporate governance, negotiation of business contracts, domestic and international, corporate compliance (mainly on organizational models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and privacy), financial and commercial litigation. She assists Italian and foreign clients belonging, in particular, to the industrial (chemical-pharmaceutical) services and media sectors.
After graduating with honors from the University of Pavia, she did herlegal practice at a boutique firm in Milan assisting small and medium-sized companies, and completed her training by doing a one-year internship at the Specialized Business Section of the Court of Appeal of Milan. At the end of her legal practice period, she worked as in-house Compliance Specialist for one of the leading multinationals in the agribusiness sector and collaborated with two different Associated Firms in Milan regarding judicial and extrajudicial activities, merging assistance and advice to Italian and foreign clients in the areas of specialization.
