A lawyer with traditional legal training, she has specific expertise in the judicial field and over fifteen years of collaboration in law firms with an international scope.
Her activity is oriented, having acquired extensive experience, in the assistance and representation of leading companies in the field of civil law, corporate law, commercial law, administrative law (particularly with regard to regulatory and contractual activity) in both pre-litigation and litigation.
She has worked and advised in the area of defense in arbitration proceedings, whether administered or not, and in the area of banking litigation, providing assistance and advice to leading credit institutions.
She has gained experience in the area of Public Contracts and provides assistance and representation to companies in litigation and pre-litigation.
She has lectured in training courses in civil and commercial law, as well as serving as Secretary in Arbitration Boards in contractual and corporate matters and as Secretary in Boards of Directors of S.p.A. and Public Participation Entities.
