Massimo Baglioni, chartered accountant and auditor, is a partner at Legalitax.
He has been dealing with Public Utility issues for many years, a sector in which he has gained significant experience especially in the Local Public Transport sector.
He follows leading industrial and service companies, including listed ones, taking care of their tax, corporate and balance sheet aspects, also assisting them in litigation, and belonging to various sectors, including:
- air transport;
- local public transport;
- rubber;
- information technology;
- hotels;
- energy;

- construction and real estate;
