He performs contractual and corporate legal assistance and in Corporate Governance and Legal Compliance matters, mainly in favor of companies, including multinationals, and entities operating in the manufacturing, gaming, services, and automotive sectors, as well as in favor of financial intermediaries, public service concessionaires, and trade unions and trade associations.
With particular reference to Corporate Governance and Legal Compliance activities, Maurizio Monterisi deals with the assessment and structuring of organizational and control systems of companies, risk assessment and advice on the regulations under Legislative Decree no. 231/01, within the scope of which he has gained various experiences both in the drafting of organizational models for the prevention of crimes (and in the related assessment and analysis of risk-offenses and structuring of related protocols and control systems) and in the performance of supervisory activities, as well as providing assistance both in the preparation of antitrust compliance programs and in the activities of the antitrust compliance officer, and in the areas of labor safety, anti-money laundering and anti-corruption plans.
In the area of contract and corporate legal assistance, Maurizio Monterisi is involved in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and the implementation of ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and legal due diligence.
