He carries out his professional activity with specific focus on issues of civil law and corporate commercial law, as well as certain aspects of administrative law related to regulatory and contractual activities. In particular, in the area of civil and commercial law, the activity is essentially oriented to the assistance and advice in favor of companies in contractual and corporate matters (drafting and negotiation of typical and atypical contracts; real estate transactions; industrial cooperation agreements, joint ventures, acquisition and sale of companies, licenses in industrial property matters, shareholders' agreements, acquisitions of shareholdings in companies), extending also to issues of competition and market law, as well as related judicial assistance; in the area of administrative law, the activity is directed to the assistance of companies in their relations with the public administration and the Independent Authorities, as well as in the related litigation before the Administrative Court (with regard, in particular, to the subjects of public contracts and related procedures for the selection of the contractor and the awarding of contracts, joint ventures and contracting authorities, management of services, concessionary and authorizing regimes in relation to the exercise of business activity and the use of state property). He also acts as arbitrator in Arbitration Boards in contractual (including international), corporate and public and private procurement matters.
